Dr. Moore, the author, was James A. Michener's personal physician in Doylestown, Pennsylvania . The foreword was written by Michener. The doctor has inscribed and signed this book as follows: ''To, A Wonderful Grandmother with the best of good wishes - For a Merry Christmas, Allen H. Moore, 1965.'' This book is referenced in the Groseclose Bibliography of Michener (#C.009) . 262 pages. Price clipped dust jacket has moderate wear but is whole and clean. Book has trace of small label removed on back of front cover. Light foxing on free end page. Dust jacket and book are in Very Good condition. ; Standard Book Size
